Investigator's
Andrew Klymiuk, M.D.
Dr. Klymiuk is the Medical Director of KRK and closely oversees all ongoing studies. He has been an investigator in more than 150 pain and psychiatric clinical trials. Dr. Klymiuk completed his training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas and has clinical training and experience in both chronic pain and psychiatry. He is also the Medical Director of a clinical practice specializing in chronic pain, psychiatry and substance abuse.
Gloria Cha, M.D.
Dr. Cha is board certified in internal medicine and specializes as Principal Investigator of studies in the areas of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. She has been an investigator in over 75 research trials. Dr. Cha is past member of the IRB at the Mary Crowley Medical Research Center in Dallas, Texas. She received her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and did her residency training at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
Jadwiga Klymiuk, M.D.
Dr. Jadwiga Klymiuk is an experienced sub-investigator and also practices as a psychiatrist at the North Texas Affiliated Medical Group.
Site Director
Robert N. Freedenfeld, Ph.D.
Dr. Freedenfeld is the site director and oversees quality assurance. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been a sub-investigator in more than 50 psychiatric clinical trials.
Director of Clinical Operations
Judy Gonzalez, M.A.
Ms. Gonzalez oversees our day-to-day clinical operations. She has over 16 years of research experience and has been involved in clinical research as both a Study Coordinator and Clinical Research Associate. She has extensive experience with FDA/Sponsor audits, quality assurance and coordinating Phase II-Phase IV clinical trials. Her QA/QC of all ongoing studies insures excellent quality of data and protocol adherence.

Psychiatric Rater
Robert Freedenfeld, Ph.D.
Dr. Freedenfeld is a licensed psychologist with more than 10 years of experience as a rater. He has been certified on the MADRS, HAM-D, HAM-A, SCID, MINI, YMRS, and CSSRS in more than 25 trials.
